Kallelse till extra föreningsstämma | Notice of Extra General Meeting

I enlighet med vad som förutskickades i nyhetsbrevet från början av denna månad, har vi nu kommit så långt i projekteringen av de den andra effektivitetsinvesteringen att det blivit dags att kalla till den extra föreningsstämman. Kallelsen återfinns ovan, jämte styrelsens beslutsförslag – först på svenska, sedan i engelsk översättning.

Mötet kommer att hållas på svenska, med summering av respektive föreslagen beslutspunkt på engelska, liksom möjlighet att ställa frågor på engelska. De medlemmar som inte själva kan delta i stämman på plats har möjlighet att ge fullmakt till en granne (se Bostadsrätternas formulär ovan). Kontakta styrelsen vid eventuella frågor.

All members of BRF Slottsbacken in Ulriksdal (769618-9138) are hereby notified of the Extra General Meeting: Thursday, 5 September 2024, at 6.30 PM – in the Association's rental premises, Drottning Kristinas esplanad 67, Solna.

In accordance with what was announced in the newsletter from the beginning of this month, we have now come so far in the planning of the second efficiency investment that it is time to call the Extra General Meeting. The notice is posted above, together with the board's proposed decision – first in Swedish, then in an English translation.

The meeting will be held in Swedish, with a summary of each proposed decision item in English, as well as the opportunity to ask questions in English. Members who cannot participate in the meeting themselves have the option of giving a power of attorney to a neighbour (see the Bostadsrätternas' Power of Attorney form above).
