OVK-besiktning | Ventilation Inspection (OVK)
Såsom aviserat via mail och hemsidan, kommer vår förening under vecka 8 att genomföra en obligatorisk ventilationskontroll (OVK) av samtliga lägenheter. Besiktningen utförs av certifierad besiktningsman från Vasa-Bygg (Ilmo Kekkinen) enligt följande schema:
Hus 59:
- Onsdag 18/2 klockan 09.00–15.00
Hus 63:
- Torsdag 19/2 klockan 09.00–15.00
Hus 65:
- Fredag 20/2 klockan 09.00–15.00
För att OVK-besiktningen ska kunna godkännas är det mycket viktigt att samtliga lägenheter är tillgängliga under angivna tider. Om du inte har möjlighet att vara hemma under besiktningen behöver du säkerställa tillträde genom att sätta ditt lås i SERVICELÄGE, så att besiktningsmannen kan använda föreningens servicenyckel (se vidare föreningshemsidan https://slottsbacken.bostadsratterna.se/boende/servicelage-service-mode).

As previously notified via email and the website, our Association will carry out an obligatory ventilation inspection (OVK) in all apartments during Week 8. The inspection will be conducted by a certified inspector from Vasa-Bygg (Ilmo Kekkinen), as per below:
Building 59:
- Wednesday 18 February, 09:00–15:00 hours
Building 63:
- Thursday 19 February, 09:00–15:00 hours
Building 65:
- Friday 20 February, 09:00–15:00 hours
It is crucial that all apartments are accessible during the times stated above for the inspection to be approved. If you are unable to be at home, you must ensure access by setting your lock to Service Mode, so that the inspector can use the service key (please see fur-ther https://slottsbacken.bostadsratterna.se/boende/servicelage-service-mode).
