FÖRENINGSSTÄMMA 
I enlighet med aviserade anslag – i entréerna, i respektive brevinkast samt på föreningshemsidan – kallas till 2020 års föreningsstämma för BRF Slottsbacken i Ulriksdal: Välkommen måndagen den 11 maj klockan 19.00 till ett utomhusmöte, vid den öppna slänten bakom mellanhuset Drottning Kristinas esplanad 63 (mittemot radhusområdet). 
      Med anledning av rådande coronapandemi kommer årsstämman följaktligen att hållas utomhus. Vänligen tillse att behörigt avstånd hålles till Dina grannar i samband med mötet. Har Du några symtom såsom hosta, feber, nästäppa, halsont eller huvudvärk ber vi Dig vänligen att stanna hemma och i stället skicka ett friskt ombud om Du önskar rösta på stämman.

AKTIVITETSDAG 
Notera att årets första gemensamma städdag, tidigare aviserad att infalla dagen innan årsstämman den 10 maj, har skjutits fram tills vidare för att undvika smittspridning. I stället ber vi därför alla att själva vid eget valt tillfälle att:

• Plocka upp eventuellt skräp som ni ser inom-/utomhus i/på föreningens fastighet/mark. 
• Ta bort allt som ni inte aktivt använder från barnvagnsförråden. (En bra lösning kan vara att lägga ut en annons via Facebook Marketplace (gratis), Blocket eller annan onlinetjänst.) 
• Hålla våra utrymmen rena och fria från lösa föremål. Hjälps vi åt blir det så mycket enklare och finare för oss alla.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION: 

Dear Members of BRF Slottsbacken, 

ahead of the month of May, when the most important activities of the year usually take place within the Association, important information is provided in the form of the below combined newsletter/notice. 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
In accordance with announced notices – in the entrances, in each letterbox and on the Association website – you are summoned to the 2020 AGM of BRF Slottsbacken in Ulriksdal: Welcome on Monday 11 May at 7.00 p.m. to an outdoor meeting, at the open slope behind the middle building, Drottning Kristinas esplanad 63 (opposite the townhouse area). 
      Consequently, due to the prevailing corona pandemic, the AGM will be held outdoors. Please ensure that proper distance is kept to your neighbours during the meeting. If you experiece any symptoms such as cough, fever, nasal congestion, sore throat or headache, we kindly ask you to stay home and instead send a healthy representative ('ombud') if you wish to vote at the meeting.

CLEANING DAY 
Note that the first common cleaning day of the year, previously announced to occur the day before the AGM on May 10, has been postponed until further notice in order to avoid the spread of coronavirus. Instead, we ask everyone, at their own convenience, to do the following: 

• Pick up any garbage you see indoors/outdoors in/on the Association's property/land. 
• Remove anything that you do not actively use from the pram rooms. (A good solution might be to place an ad through the Facebook Marketplace (free of charge), Blocket or other online service.) 
• Keep our spaces clean and free of loose objects. If everyone helps, it will be so much easier and nicer for all of us.
