Garagestädning 8 oktober
Höstens garagestädning kommer att äga rum onsdagen den 8 oktober med start kl. 08.00. Detta innebär att samtliga fordon (bilar och motor­cyklar) ska vara utflyttade tidsperioden 08.00–15.00. Under­låtelse att tömma garaget kan resultera i vite eller risk att förlora sin hyrda garageplats.

Radiatorfilter
I år har styrelsen beslutat att köpa in radiatorfilter till samtliga lägenheter. Vi har under åren fått många nya boende i vår förening och vill säkerställa att alla vet att filtren behöver bytas och kan byta filter. Filtren är en grund för sund inomhusluft och god luftväxling i våra lägenheter. Dessutom blir påverkan mindre på den gemensamma frånluftsventilationen.

Filtren kommer att placeras utanför respektive lägenhetsdörr. Ett fåtal lägenheter har mindre radiatorer, där utdelade filter inte passar. De som har dessa mindre radiatorer ombes kontakta styrelsen för byte till korrekt filterstorlek. Skötselanvisningar för radiatorer återfinns på föreningens hemsida under menyrubriken ”För boende” och sedan kapitel ”Ventilation”.

Montering i fasaden
Det är inte tillåtet att montera något permanent i fastighetens fasad, exempelvis en markis. Detta då åverkan på fasaden skulle kunna leda till fuktskador. 

Oönskad post ovanpå postfacken
Oönskad samhällsinformation och post får inte lämnas ovanpå postfacken. Det är mottagarens ansvar att kasta detta i avsedd pappersåtervinning.

Garage cleaning October 8
The second garage cleaning of the year will take place on Wednesday, October 8, starting at 8:00 a.m. This means that all vehicles (cars and motor­cycles) must be removed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that failure to vacate the garage may result in a fine or the risk of losing your rented garage space.

Radiator filters
This year, the board has decided to purchase radiator filters for all apartments. Over the years we have had many new residents in our association and want to ensure that everyone knows that the filters need to be changed and knows how to change the filters. The filters are the basis for healthy indoor air and good air exchange in our apartments. In addition, the impact on the common exhaust ventilation will be less. 

The filters will be placed outside each apartment door. A few apartments have smaller radiators, where the distributed filters do not fit. Those who have these smaller radiators are asked to contact the board to change to the correct filter size. Care instructions for radiators can be found on the association’s website under the heading “För boende”, then the chapter “Ventilation”. 

Installation in the façade
It is not permitted to install anything permanent in the facade of the property, such as an awning. The reason is that damage to the facade could lead to moisture damage. 

Unwanted mail on top of mailboxes
Unwanted community information and mail may not be left on top of the mailboxes. It is the recipient's responsibility to throw this in the designated paper recycling.
