Installation av laddboxar för elbilar | Installation of charging stations for electric cars*
Nu påbörjas arbetet med installation av ytterligare laddboxar för elbilar. Arbetet startar tisdagen den 22/2 och beräknas pågå fram till den 8/3 2022. Totalt kommer 23 st nya laddplatser att tillskapas, utöver de 10 st laddbplatser som redan finns i dag. De garageplatser som berörs är 10–19, 47–48 och 63–73. * For English version, please see below.
Arbetet kommer att ske i etapper och under tiden arbetet pågår måste bilarna på berörda platser flyttas. Vi kommer att tillskapa provisoriska parkeringsplatser.
Några dagar innan arbetet för respektive etapp påbörjas, kommer berörda garagehyresgäster få närmare information om var de kan parkera sin bil under tiden för arbetet.
Arbetet, vilket kan medföra vissa störningar, kommer att pågå dagtid mellan klockan 07.00 och 17.00. Under arbetets gång kommer de hyresgäster som har en garageplats och som görs om till laddplats att få parkera på annan angiven plats på föreningens mark.
De som får en laddbox monterad på sin garageplats, fortsätter att hyra platsen tills vidare som en vanlig garageplats med samma hyra som i dag. Så småningom får man räkna med att få byta plats i garaget till en icke laddbar plats om man inte har en laddbil.
De nya laddboxarna kommer att ha en effekt på 11 kWh. Vill ni hyra garageplats med laddmöjligheter, maila föreningen. Kostnaden är 1.100 kr/månad plus individuell kostnad för elförbrukning.

Work is now commencing on the installation of additional charging stations for electric cars. The work will start on Tuesday 22/2 and is expected to continue until 8/3 2022. A total of 23 new charging stations will be created, in addition to the 10 already existing today. The parking spaces affected are Nos. 10–19, 47–48 and 63–73 in the garage.
The work will take place in stages, and during the work the cars must be moved from the affected parking spaces. All affected tenants will be assigned temporary parking spaces. A few days before the work for each stage begins, affected tenants will receive more detailed information on where they can park their car during the work.
The work, which may cause some noice disturbance, will take place during daytime between 07:00 and 17:00 hours. During the work, the tenants who have parking spaces which are converted to a charging station will be allowed to park in another specified place.
Those who get a charging box mounted on their parking space, continue to rent the space until further notice as a regular space, with the same rent as today. Eventually, if you do not have an electric/plug-in car, you may expect to be asked to change parking spaces in the garage to a regular space without charging station.
The new charging boxes will have an output of 11 kWh. If you want to rent a parking space with charging station, email the association. The cost is SEK 1,100 per month plus individual cost of electricity consumption.
