Uppdatering varmvatten | Update on Hot Water
Vi vill inför helgen uppdatera alla föreningsmedlemmar om situationen kring varmvattenproblemet.
Orsaken är identifierad och härledd till det faktum att PEAB håller på att avhjälpa våra utestående garantiärenden. Vattenmätningssystemet i allmänhet har kända fel och varmvattencirkulationen (VVC) i synnerhet, som förbinder de två badrummen i merparten av föreningens 4:or. I måndags påbörjade PEAB:s underentreprenör arbetet med att söka justera just VVC-systemet, vars cirkulationstemperatur är konstaterat för låg – ett viktigt jobb om vilket PEAB dessvärre inte tillhandahöll styrelsen någon som helst förhandsinformation. Uppenbarligen orsakade justeringsarbetet något slags störning i det övergripande vattensystemet, vilket resulterade i denna veckas tidigare avbrott i varmvattenleveransen.
PEAB:s underentreprenör har på nytt varit på plats under fredagen och gjort ytterligare justeringar i syfte att korrigera de uppkomna problemet i varmvattenleveransen. Även om det för tillfället verkar vara avhjälpt, så fortsätter arbetet under nästa vecka med installationen av en ny VVC-cirkulationspump. Vi vill därför betona att ytterligare avbrott i varmvattenleveransen är fullt möjliga under den närmaste tiden – till dess att det underliggande felet är fullständigt och permanent korrigerat.

Ahead of the weekend, we wish to update all Association Members on the situation concerning the hot water issue.
The reason is identified and dervied from the fact that PEAB is in the process of resolving our outstanding guarantee matters. The water metering system in general has known faults and the hot water circulation (VVC) in particular, which connects the two bathrooms in most of the 4-room apartments. On Monday, a subcontractor of PEAB began work on attempting to adjust the VVC system, whose circulation temperature has been found to be too low – a crucial job about which PEAB, regrettably, did not provide the Board any prior information whatsoever. Apparently, the adjustment work caused some kind of disturbance in the overall water system, which resulted in this week's previous interruptions in the hot water supply.
PEAB's subcontractor has again been on site during this Friday and made further adjustments in order to rectify the issues that arose in the hot water delivery. Although the seem to have been remedied at the moment, the work will continue next week with the installation of a new VVC circulation pump. Hence, we want to emphasise that further interruptions in the hot water supply are indeed quite possible in the near future – that is, until the underlying error has been completely and permanently corrected.
