Garageinbrott | Garage Burglary
Vår förening utsattes dessvärre för ett inbrott i garaget förra veckan, natten mellan måndagen den 28/10 och tisdagen den 29/10.
Styrelsen vill genom detta mail informera om inbrottet samt återigen uppmana samtliga medlemmar att vara extra försiktiga med att låta obehöriga personer komma in i fastigheterna. Det är av yttersta vikt att vi alla efter bästa förmåga hjälps åt med att söka förhindra att det sker igen.
Vid in-/utgång i huvudentrén: Släpp inte in obehöriga, och se noga till att dörren stängs igen ordentligt när du går ut eller in i fastigheten. Ibland tar vinden tag i dörren och gör att den fastnar i öppet läge, vilket gör det mycket enkelt för tjuvar att ta sig in. Om du går in genom huvudentrén precis efter någon granne kan du hälsa och enkelt klargöra för grannen att du har behörighet till fastigheten genom att exempelvis visa upp din entré-tagg. Vid förlust av entré-tagg är det viktigt att detta anmäls omgående till styrelsen så att vi kan spärra den.
Till er som hyr garageplats: Med garagedosorna öppnar och stänger du garageporten. Se alltid till att invänta garageporten är helt stängd innan du åker vidare, både vid in- och utfart. Tänk även på att inte ha er garagedosa synlig i bilen.
Huvudentréer: Styrelsen kommer inom kort att förstärka samtliga entrédörrar med så kallat brytskydd.
Bostadsrättsföreningen har haft en lång period där vi lyckats undgå förstörelse och inbrott. Om vi alla hjälps åt att ta gemensamt ansvar minimerar vi möjligheterna för att nya brott inträffar.

Regrettably, our Association suffered a garage burglary last week, the night between Monday 28/10 and Tuesday 29/10. Through this email, the Board wishes to inform about the break-in and, again, urge all home-owners to be extra cautious about allowing unauthorised persons to enter the properties. It is of the utmost importance that we all help to the best of our ability to try to prevent this from happening again.
When entering/exiting the main entrance: Do not let in any unauthorised persons, and make sure that the door is closed properly as you exit or enter the property. Sometimes, the wind may grab the door and get it stuck in the open position, making it very easy for thieves to get in. If you enter through the main entrance just after any neighbour, you can make it clear to the neighbour that you have access to the property, e.g. by showing your entrance tag. In case of loss of entrance tag, it is important that this is reported immediately to the Board so that we can have it blocked.
For those renting a garage parking space: With the remote control devices, you open and close the garage door. Always make sure that the garage door is fully closed before moving on, both at entry and exit. Also, remember not to have your garage remote control visible in the car.
Main entrances: The Board will shortly strengthen all entrance doors with so-called break protection (brytskydd).
The Association has had a long period where we have managed to avoid damage and burglary. If everyone assistis in taking responsibility, we jointly minimise the likelihood of additional incidents.
