Filterutlämning + årsstämma | Filter hand out + AGM
Efter en lyckad städdag med god uppslutning, beslutade styrelsen att erbjuda ytterligare två tillfällen för utlämning av utbytesfilter till ventilationsdonen: i kväll söndag den 22/5 kl 19.00–19.15, respektive på morgonen onsdag den 25/5 kl 09.00–09.15. Utlämningsställe: garaget vid plats nr 24.
Därtill vill vi ta tillfället i akt att påminna om föreningens årsstämma, som går av stapeln nu på måndag den 23/5 kl 18.30 vid Järva Park Hotell, Vallgatan 7, Solna. Kallelse med föreslagen dagordning har aviserats genom anslag i entréerna, brevfacken samt här på föreningshemsidan. I samband med årsmötet serveras fika.
Slutligen meddelas härmed att den vinterutrustning, jämte diverse andra trasiga tingestar, som uppsamlades under städdagen från barnvagnsförråden och övriga gemensamma förrådsutrymmen, förvaras av styrelsen tills vidare (se bild här). I enlighet med informationen i senaste nyhetsbrevet kommer bortforsling att ske om en månad av alla de saker som ingen gjort anspråk på att behålla.

After a successful cleaning day with good attendance, the Board decided to offer two more opportunities for handing out replacement filters to the ventilation devices: tonight Sunday 22/5 at 19.00–19.15, and in the morning Wednesday 25/5 at 09.00–09.15, respectively. Hand-out place: the garage at space no. 24.
In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our Annual General Meeting, which takes place now on Monday 23/5 at 18.30 at Järva Park Hotell, Vallgatan 7, Solna. Notice with the proposed agenda has been announced via posters in the entrances, letterboxes and here on the Association website. Fika will be served in the course of the AGM.
Finally, it is hereby announced that the winter equipment, along with various other broken items, which were collected during the cleaning day from the pram storage and our other common storage facilites, will be stored by the Board until further notice (see picture here). In accordance with the information in the latest newsletter, removal of all the items that no one has claimed will occur in a month's time.
