För 4:e året i rad har styrelsen beslutat att ingen avgift kommer att tas ut för december månad 2020.
Möjligheten till att ha en avgiftsfri månad härrör, precis som föregående år, från det faktum att föreningen fortsatt har en mycket god ekonomi tack vare låga räntor och förvaltningskostnader, grundade i en hög andel egendriven förvaltning av fastigheten.
Vi vill även passa på att tack för den, givet rådande omständigheter, goda uppslutningen vid förra söndagens höststädning.
